The Twelve o’ Clock Man’ is set in two towns, a short distance from each other. The core story concerns the search for Peggy’s playful and most expensive dog, that jumps out of a car on his way to the vet. The novel brings together a cast of characters, each one, dissatisfied with his life, and is looking for fulfillment. The book generates a lot of interest around the characters, Sugars and Mark Richdo, both on opposing sides. Sugars is a plain schemer, a drop out, clearly a hustler, a conman, an impersonator. Mark is just the opposite. Rich Peggy is willing to go the distance, even breaks a few rules to find her dog. In spite of being a mystery and suspense thriller, ‘The Twelve o’ Clock Man ‘ explodes in laughter, funny in many ways, a reflection of our society, and even challenges the readers to identify with a few characters. ‘The Twelve ‘o Clock Man ‘is written especially for teenagers.
