Workshop: How to Read Your writing for an audience

We commit to developing our written skills but often are underprepared for reading opportunities at open-mics, interviews, festivals and public events. This interactive seminar covers the basics, including posture, breathing, pacing and rhythm, delivery of direct speech, tone, vocal dynamics and editing your own work for various settings. Be ready to reference Caribbean excerpts and practice using excerpts of your own work. 

Pre-registration required. This is a small in-person workshop for up to 6 people following social-distancing guidelines.
