Pauline Melville

Pauline Melville is a Guyanese/British writer. She has won numerous literary awards, including the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize,  the Guardian Fiction Prize,  the Whitbread Prize, and the Guyana Prize for Literature, and her work has been translated into ten languages.
