Lisa Ghany

Lisa Ghany is a Foundation Honorary Board member of the Down Syndrome Family Network, where she was instrumental in setting up the Endless Possibilities work mentorship programme for persons with Down syndrome and the network’s signature events for inclusion, advocacy and awareness. She has over 25 years’ experience in the area of Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Corporate Event Management. During her professional career she has worked in the corporate sector at a senior management level with several organisations including the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, the Office of the Prime Minister, the HCL Group of Companies, Republic Bank, and Bank of Commerce. In 2008 Lisa started her own business and is the Director of Xceptional Events Limited a full service Event Management Company.
She is an adjunct lecturer in Events Management at the University of the West Indies Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, where she has taught Event Marketing, Corporate Events Meetings and Conferences and Protocol. She is also the Operations Consultant for the John E Sabga Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer and has severed on numerous other NGO Boards over the last 20 years.
