Bio

Alexandra Stewart is a writer and spoken word artist. She has placed both second and third in the Courts Bocas Speak Out Intercol and been a four time finalist and 2017 second place champion in First Citizens National Poetry Slam.

Her writing has carried her to many stages both locally and internationally. Most recently she was invited to Hull, UK to participate in a BBC radio programme called Contains Strong language. Alexandra is passionate about literature and has recently been accepted as a student of the Creative Writing MFA Program at the University of the West Indies and is working on her first collection of short stories.
