Cecil Browne

Cecil Browne  is the author of A Hat for Lemer, a short story set in post-Emancipation St Vincent and the Grenadines, which won the 2022 Commonwealth Writers Prize (UK and Europe). His short story Coming Off the Long Run appeared in the 2018 anthology So Many Islands (Peekash Press, the imprint of the Bocas Lit Fest). Before becoming a writer, Cecil was a College Lecturer in Mathematics.
