Dionne Brand

Dionne Brand is a renowned poet, novelist, and essayist. She was appointed the Poet Laureate of the City of Toronto 2009–2012. Her work includes nine volumes of poetry, five books of fiction, and two non-fiction works. Her most recent novel, Love Enough, was nominated in 2015 for the Trillium Book Award. She is the chief judge of the 2016 OCM Bocas Prize for Caribbean Literature.
