Elise Dillsworth

Elise Dillsworth worked for thirteen years at Virago Press before becoming a literary agent and founding the Elise Dillsworth Agency in London in 2012. She is the co-founder and chair of the Diversity in Publishing Network. She was a fiction judge for the 2013 OCM Bocas Prize.
