Gregory Sloane-Seale has been working with and on behalf of “at risk” youth at a community level for over 20 years. He is the national coordinator of the Citizen Security Programme in the Ministry of National Security which has as one of its main objectives the reduction in levels of crime and violence in specific “high needs” communities in Trinidad and Tobago.
