Bio

Jeanelle Clarke is a trade and development policy specialist with a focus on creative economy and Small Island Developing States. She is a national of Barbados and Antigua and Barbuda. Jeanelle currently serves as Advisor to the Executive Director of the International Trade Centre based in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to this role, she worked at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and the World Trade Organization. Previously, Jeanelle worked in the Caribbean focussing on policy implementation and trade promotion strategies while at Ministry of Trade and Industry of Trinidad & Tobago; the Association of Caribbean States and as an International Trade Policy Consultant. She has a MSc. in International Trade Policy and a BSc. Political Science and Law from the University of the West Indies in Barbados.
