Kemuel Pascall

Kemuel Pascall is pursuing a BA in Journalism at the College of Science Technology and the Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), and is a civilian employee of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. A former RBC Young Leader, he represented COSTAATT at the 16th National Youth Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago as Opposition Member for Caroni Central, and served as a member of 15th Regional Youth Parliament. He is passionate about youth development, communications, development of parliamentary practice and procedure and the development of Trinidad and Tobago.
