Joan Osborne, better known as Auntie Queenie, is a librarian, actress, storyteller and lecturer. She is a retiree from the NALIS after thirty four years of service, serving in several positions such as Deputy Executive Director and Director of the Heritage Library of NALIS. Apart from performances, Joan conducts storytelling workshops and has judged many storytelling competitions. She also judges the Best Village, Village Chat, short story and Poetry competitions.
