Tamara Lewis is a trained mediator and Public Health Inspector at the Ministry of Health, Trinidad and Tobago. Currently attached to the Eastern Regional Health Authority she has worked across northern Trinidad since 2007. Through her educational and work experiences she has had the privilege to learn and experience the food service industry from a number of perspectives. Her current projects include developing a sustainable Food Safety Training Program for the growing population of native Mandarin speakers in the local food service industry.
