Kemoni and Keiani Newton, a dynamic sibling duo from Trinidad and Tobago, are deeply immersed in both academics and the vibrant cultural traditions of their homeland. Keiani, aged four  and Kemoni, aged twelve (12), share a passion for a variety of activities including reading, swimming, basketball, artistic pursuits, and the thrill of learning.

Under the expert guidance of their mother Keomi Serrette, a well known Pierrot Grenade, Kemoni and Keiani have also donned the persona of the iconic Pierrot Grenade for the past two (2) years. They have made their mark on the cultural landscape of Trinidad and Tobago by showcasing their talents at notable events such as the National Carnival Commission (NCC) - Regional Carnival Committee's Carnival Monday Parade of Traditional Carnival Characters in 2023 and 2024 and the National Registry of Artists and Cultural Workers' 2023 Mentoring by the Masters Program Launch and Awards Ceremony at Queen’s Hall in St. Ann’s. They also wowed audiences at the 2024 Youth Extravaganza at the John Cupid Carnival Village and participated in the 2024 St. James Social and Cultural Committee Traditional Mas competition.

With their youthful energy, artistic flair and deep-rooted connection to their cultural heritage, Kemoni and Keiani Newton are poised to make a lasting impact on the vibrant cultural landscape of Trinidad and Tobago. Keiani aspires to be a doctor when she is older, while her brother Kemoni dreams of becoming a pilot. Both also want to pursue their artistic interests and carry on the legacy of Pierrot Grenade by following in the footsteps of their mother and the renowned Pierrot Grenade Mr. Felix Edinborough "Spellbinding King", who continues to mentor their mother.
